Game Will Not Connect Via FTP

I have the latest patch. In fact, I never had the game until the latest patch.

I need to connect via secure FTP (stfp.site.com). There is no other way that I am allowed to connect to my server. It's mandated.

The host, port number, user name and password are set up exactly the same way that I have them set for connecting through other methods. But when I attempt to test the connection, the game says it is trying to connect, and after about 10 to 15 seconds, it comes back and says that it is unable to connect. I can connect to the server through other softare, but it won't work with OOTP.

My guess is that the game does not support connecting through secure FTP. And, if that is the case, then it should be fixed immediately.

Just trying to follow up on some old stuff. Were you ever able to get the FTP working, or is it still AWOL?

No, it was never able to connect. I'm certain that this is because OOTP does not support secure shell FTP, which is required by my webspace provider.

Any chance you feel like doing some testing of that with me? You're the only person I know who uses secure shell FTP...
