player editor question

i've been trying to find pierre's player editor to make a couple changes in a league i run. but i'm a bit confused. is there a v4 editor? i've found the ORG, but unless i'm doing something wrong, this util is just for generating reports, right? not editing? i've had the editor for past version of ootp, but can't seem to find what i'm looking for. is there an actual player editor out now, or is it worked into the ORG in a way i'm too dense to figure out? thanks,

Sorta, one has been out for awhile but I'm not sure where to find it. He is currently updating the one for v3 to work for v4 and hopefully it will be done soon, no idea when.
