How do you start a new game?

With just the real team names and logos of all leagues in world if possible
I then want fictional names, then I want to clear history and start from there. Can anyone help?

No real way to do this due to licensing issues. If you started a new game, you'll have to edit the team names. League structures will be correct, but team names will not be. All players will be fictional unless you import rosters.
