Problem with Rolen's Roster?

I don't know if I'm the only one that has this problem or not, but it is intensely frustrating. Every time I start a new career with Rolen's January 2 roster and reach a new amateur draft, I find it generating players with absurd names. Not absurd like "Jose Smith" or "Tatsumi Rodriguez," but absurd like the following from my new draft pool: "delet Hoorelbeke," "Alh Ec," "Delet Pilozo," "ke Apaez," "DAv Garouno," "Horace OO," "Brando0 Robaina," "&Y Arelland," "dl Knecht," and two that appear to be related, "Dave Dombrow Boitnoh" and "Dave Dombr Arevalo." Are the Tigers experimenting with human cloning?

I find it hard to believe that nobody else would have mentioned this issue, so I'll assume for the moment that I'm the only one having it. However, how could this be happening, and how can I fix it?

There can be some weird combos like that and it has been mentioned before in these forums. There's one thread that people were submitting their funniest names they've seen, like "Boris The Wolf".

Fixing it is not likely to happen unfortunately. I think it is a glitch in the name file so you might be able to fix it by updating the first name file but I am not sure if that will work correctly.

I have had this happen to me recently as well. Was anyone ever able to come up with a fix or a solution?
