Getting rosters to work..issue ( I searched around)

Well i just got the game. Anyway, I d.w the rosters and basically got into some unzipping program. It's winrar, but in chinese. When i try to get to download the english version, it just doesnt work and says theres afile corrupt, try a diffrent file.

Anyway, what can i do about this? What do i need to do? I know put the files into a .lg folder..but how?

I got it too work, but when i go to the roster i can't see anyone. I go to depth charts and on the bottom half are the players..when i add them to depth chart they disappear. Whats the deal?
