Shinobu Minors (Double A) Join Date: Mar 2002 Location: Morgantown, West Virginia, USA Posts: 104	Inactive franchises? Probably reading too much into this, but I noticed on the "League Team Index" page (under "History" on the main league page) that the teams are listed as "active franchises". Can there be "inactive" or disbanded franchises, and if yes, how?
