Crash Issue Still There with New Build
I'm still having crash issues with the new patch. This crash issue is the same that has been described in previous posts with the previous build of the patch.

Are you sure you're patched?
Also, does this happen when simming, during FTP, or both? There were a few instances where crashes were occuring in the previous build so I'm sure any specifics would help the tech guys sniff out the problem a little quicker. |

1. What kind of league setups are you using? 2. What exactly are you doing, on what part of the game, when it crashes? 3. Can you give us a step by step on how to replicate this crash?

I'm sure I'm patch as I show I have build 12260. This is happening after managing a game in the middle of June 2006. The game plays out fine until I go to click the continue button to move to the next day after the game has been played. After about 30 seconds, the game crashes to the desktop.
1. I am using the standard leage setups that were defaulted to the game. 2. See above. 3. What I did was I managed a game, finished the game to go back to the score/schedules screen, then clicked on the Continue button. I believe that's it. Its the same problem that many have said was solved with this new build. |

Stev,
Sorry for the delay in responding. Been a little short-staffed lately.Of course, I'm now curious if you are still seeing a crash in the 12262 version. If you are, could you please FTP us a copy of your league? Here's how: IP Address: 217.158.3.6 Username: ftp-public Password: public folder ootp/game-save You can FTP the file here using your handy web browser. Just navigate to ftp://217.158.3.6, and press Enter. Then enter the user name and password specified, and go into the ootp/game-save folder. Copy and paste your zipped league (just the .dat files), then post back with your zip name! Thanks very much, Steve |

We have a rule that states that Tech Support threads wherein we have not received a response within 7 days will be closed.
This one meets this criteria, so I'm closing this. If you want to discuss it again, just PM me with the thread link, and I'll re-open. (Don't just say "Hey, reopen my thread." I need to know the URL, thanks!) Steve |
