Unneeded Tab - Minor Issue

A very, very minor issue, but from the Contract Offer screen, a Scouting Reports tab is available even when scouts are off. Just to avoid confusion, it might be nice to have it disappear.

It also appears as an option under the main Player Profile tab.

Hi there,

I reviewed this issue with Markus, and he let me know that it won't be possible to change this at this time, due to priorities and time constraints and so forth. (Basically, it's a lot of work for a relatively low-impact change.)

I'll put this on the list to look at in 2007, but for now I'm going to close out this issue.
