Help?

Ok, so I simmed one whole season using the cubby database. I did not want to be commish. I just wanted to play against the computer. So I took myself off Commish and was only the Giants GM and yet I was still getting scouting reports from all of the major leagues. Then in the offseason, only my team and teams from the NL central signed players. The computer is not controlling any other teams except the NL Central. Any ideas or anyone can help? Thanks in advance.

Okay, I don't know if you got an asnwer, but it looks like there's an option checked somewhere for 'Computer GM makes no moves'. Look in the gamesetup - I think the guys set it up like that for the betas or else it moved around the minors too much.

If that doesn't work, come back and I'll have another think.
