Rule Suggestions

I am starting a new online league and would appreciate any rule suggestions that have worked out well for those of you who have been doing this for a while. I don't want to just visit sites and steal rules, so anything that I could gather here would really help me out.

Actually, speaking on behalf of most Commissioners, our league rules are mostly conglomerations of other online leagues. There is nothing wrong with doing that- as long as you ask permission/ acknoledge their efforts in your Rules/Constitution.

and you don't copy it word for word. Commishes usually find it flattering if you take some of their rules, change them a little, and give you credit, but it just pisses them off when you just steal the "rules.html" page and use it yourself. That's happened to me before.

50% of my ideas in my league are a mix of other leagues. I have asked permission for it all, and I see no problem with ppl doing the same thing. As long as giving full aknowledgement

Rules

Man most of my rules came from way back when I started running FPS leagues. These I have kept around for years, yeah OOTP created the need for a few more, but for the most part they are still intact.
