Is there a roster set out with all the MLB players and if so which is the best?

There is a roster project of epic proportions going on right now (see the sticky at the top of the mods page). No one's quite sure when it will be out, but it will be pretty detailed. Until then there are several threads that list links to rosters imported from previous versions of OOTP.
