AI team's usage of scouting?

Do they look through the eyes of their scout(s) or do they "click the editor tab" to see the true ratings? Or does the AI have 100 scouting (sort of in between the two)?

Do the AI teams set scouts to scout you (and the other AI teams) out? Do they scout the draft pool and other nations? If they do scout you/other AI teams, is it quickscout or the "normal" scouting?

Just curious about how the other teams evaluate your and other players in the league in terms of the scouting system.

I'm curious about this too. I've been playing in commissioner mode and when looking through the eyes of a team with the "act as" dropdown box, I didn't see any scouts that had been sent anywhere. I guess the AI teams just do periodic (quick)scouting of various player pools. Just my guess, though.
