Game log question....

Could not find this in the manual or the game guide. A game log will have a statement that looks like this "SINGLE (linedrive 56) or SINGLE (linedrive 9S)". I assume it means that the hit was between 3rd and short in the first instance and has something to do with right field in the second but I don't get what the "S" means. I have also seen "D" and other letters or numbers used that I can't recall at the moment. Is there a glossary of these somewhere?

I think S= Shallow and D= Deep. There has been a link posted that shows how the whole field is broken down, but I can't find it.
