BOSI Question

I am just guessing this is the right forum for this. I wasn't sure.
Anyway, I run an OOTP 6 league and was wondering what all went into setting up BOSI for my league. I downloaded the files a while back but didn't really know what to do with them. lol
Any help would be great. Thanks.
