Marc Duffy And Ootpb Are Pure Crap

I bought OOTPB upon the release for Mac and had problems with the installation. I have sent well over 20 e-mails since the release. As of today, I have not received a SINGLE response. Any questions why a customer would become irrate? I will be posting my extreme disgust on every sim baseball sight I can possibly find.

Handling things like an adult will get a much better response. Name calling will not get you far in this world.

The ADULT in me tried for 2 solid weeks to get a response, not sure if you read that part. Try lecturing someone who has not had 2 weeks of NO responses to legitimate queries.

Try going about it in a way that makes sense. What email address did you even contact? I don't know of any gaming company that does much tech support through email, and I definitely don't know of any email address from OOTP specifically for that. Of course, there is a Tech Support forum on these boards which I have yet to see you post your problem in.

Besides trying the phone number for the company which I have also called, I have sent messages to both of these addresses numerous times.

It's never bright to send an email. People never get this because they're sending one email but the receiver is probably getting dozens if not hundreds per day about a wide range of topics.
