Scouting a Nation help

Sorry if this has been addressed but I can not seem to find the answer on these forums.

In the manual it states to scout a nation you need to go to Manager/Explore World/and left click on the nation name.

When I do this, I get the ability to see players and scout them individually but I can not for the life of me find a way to send a scout there and look for talent. There is no scout nation button, etc. Can anyone help me out with this?

Church, when you first set-up your league, you probably did not select the option to "create and maintain hidden players". It's located in Game Setup under the Global Setup tab. For some reason, Markus left the default option to have this choice not selected. You can check that to see if it is your problem. If so, you're out of luck with that league for scouting foreign nations -- there's no going back on that option (that I know of).

Another possibility is that you're trying to scout a country where you have also created a league. You can't do that.

Thanks - I did in fact turn that option off now that I see that. :/
