Black Screen

I reformatted my computer the other day and downloaded the OOTP 4 Setup File. I am able to license the game with no problem, but when I run the game the screen is just black.

P3, 550 mhz, 256 RAM, 14 GB available, Direct X 8.1

Any help is appreciated.

Need to update your video drivers to the most current would be my guess.
