How do I edit player ratings? I can't find a way to "log out" as a GM to get back into commissioner mode, if that's the way it gets done.

Also, I am GM but I've noticed a bunch of players on my team cleared waivers. What gives? I didn't put them there.

Go to your managers home page and check the Play as Commissioner box. Then when you are both commissoner and GM. At that point in time when you have a player open you should see a tab for editing him.

Did you take over a team part way through a season? Have you ensured you have AI roster management is turned off in your entire organization? Those types of things will allow players to be placed on waivers.
