Post Change to DH in solo league

Simple question. I know for a fact that if you go and mess with some of the details of a league after you have begun play that it is possible to screw some things up so...

In my fantasy, no-DH, solo league that I sim by myself, if I decide to change it to a DH-league in between seasons, does anyone know if that will screw anything up?

Man, THAT was WORD-EE! WHEW!

It shouldn't, if it does you can use Pierre's editor to make sure the DH rule is applied correctly. (Each team has a toggle)
