Rating Records not found

I have been in the process of re-doing all fighters ratings to represent correct records as of 01-01-2000 and also creating several hundred new fighters that were not included in the database. I have over 12,000 fighters currently, with over 2,500 completed with updated bio info, ratings and records. I pulled up Title Bout 2 today and opened it twice by mistake at the same time. I closed one of the windows and then received a message that the fighters rating records were not found. I shut down and reopened to get the same message. I then re-booted the system and was able to get back in the game but all of the ratings for the fighters were zerod out. PLEASE do not tell me that all of my work over the past few months has not been just thrown out the window. I, of course, do not have a recent backup of the fighters file with the changes. Can anyone help, is there a way to get the ratings back on all of the fighters?

This issue has been addressed before. Check out the following thread:

backups are highly recommended every time you edit, add or change a fighter's ratings record, which is the key file afflicted by this bug in the program.
