Help with FA

My very first league set up was great except for one little thing. So I started over. When I started over there were no free agents. In my first league, I had 100's of pages of FA's.
I've tweaked new leagues over and over and over and still am not getting FA's at the start of the season.
It's got to be something simple in the set-up, but it's gotten me frustrated.
I'm using the 2005 players and playing the 2006 season.
Any ideas?

Okay, I found free agents under the homepage, but shouldn't they also appear under the transactions tab/free agents?

Yes they should. Make sure you don't have a view or filter or position setting that prevents you from seeing the players (like for instance, "Position: Secont Base" and filter of "Fielding Rating at P > 10" or some such).
