repeatable crash bug

ok no matter what type of season i set up (and I've gone thru the hassle of an initial draft 5 or 6 times) i can manage games fine until i've played about 5-10 games. then whenever i manage the next game i finish it up fine but when pressing the "LEAVE GAME" button in the post game box score screen i crash to the desktop... really annoying

Need your save game for this as we're having trouble reproducing. Can you get it to a state where we can load the save up and crash it?
