The guys who are listed as potential free agents will go into the free agent pool to be bid on by any team.
The rest I assume are still on their initial (ie. $100,000 per year) contracts? These guys will have their deals renewed at $100K for the next season. Once you call a player up for the first time they get a 6 year, $100K per year deal. To see who on your team this applies to, check out the payroll report, on the right hand side it will say automatic rather then what year the deal expires. Hope this helps Cheers Rich

The two that are free agent eligible are released. The others get another automatic one year contract for the league minimum salary. (This is similar to how MLB contracts work for non-FA eligible players)

Just before the season ends they will all go on strike and your season will be lost...just kidding. The answers above are correct.
