Game animation not working in manager mode

Is anyone else experiencing this? The animation sets up like normal for the first batter and just freezes. The game is unplayable now

Can you please explain what you are talking about? I'm not understanding at what point you are in the game.

I start a regular game in Sion broadcast (its also happens in Sion webcast). I play in manager mode so I press the enter button and the AB is resolved. The game continues in PbP but the first batters icon never leaves the screen and it freezes. If I move to the substitutions page, for example, Sion broadcast will repeat the process where i see the first batter and the screen freezes.

edoted to add: Ive tried changing screen size but the game still freezes

I set up and ran a fictional universe this time with the same results.

. What can be causing this problem?

What are your PC specs?

I have 256 RAM and run Oblivion on regular settings. Everything was fine until I downloaded the patch. WWSM runs fine. Im just shaking my head. Should i re-download the game?
