Editing players? (Uniform numbers drive me nuts!)

Hi, everyone

Forgive me if this has been asked and answered elsewhere. I couldn't find a response.

How do you edit players in the new version of OOTP?

In a fictional league I just started, my No. 1 starting pitcher has uniform No. 92. My No. 2 guy is No. 96. It's like they were assigned the last available numbers during spring training, and were expected to get sent back to AA ball at first chance.

I haven't seen other weirdness in the new version yet, but in past versions, I've liked editing players for a variety of reasons -- a second baseman who turned up as a left-handed fielder, for example.

you have to turn on commissioner mode. go to the player card and one of the tabs allows you to edit the player's info.
