Bug: historical players in fictional league

Bug was actually related to Lahman database location. See this thread:

Ok, I goofed. It seems that the reason it wasn't importing for me was because of the problem (bug?) with the Lahman database having to reside in the OOTP folder. Once I moved the Lahman DB into the OOTP folder, it started importing correctly and now it works for the fictional leagues as well.
