OOTP/STB Commissioners LOOK!!!

Now there is a place for the commissioners to discuss league matter with other commishs'. Help each other develope and maintain their league. Pass on ideas, or what ever.

Since this is for Commishs' only, I have the board set up where you have to sign up, fill out a small app. where I approve it.

Some of our secrets need to be kept.
