"Slider bar width is invalid"

I tried to simulate a season of a 200-team major league with complete minors... the "Uber-league" took overnight to simulate a season; after the year, when I tried to click on the massive league standings (or when loading the league), I get a

WARNING: 0021:
Slider bar width is invalid

popup message, followed by a

ERROR 0070
Srollbar slew values are invalid

popup message, then a final "Application unable to continue" popup and OOTP closes. I presume this bug is related to the massive size of the selected league...

EDIT: Looks like it runs OK in full mode... apparently a "windowed" mode issue.

I keep getting the same message too. In both full screen and the window. Only it happens to me when I try and start a new game. I bought the game last night, but I cannot play at all because of this weird error message.

Any thoughts out there?

Whats your desktop display resolution

My guess is less than 1024 x 768 in which case, if you go up to at least 1024 x 768 it should correct the issue

Thanks Mark, when I get home from Work I'll give that a try.

I can't wait to start playing, I've been playing since OOTP 4 and my wife is out of town, so I have a little extra free time this weekend to get lost in OOTP for an all nighter.
