No DFA menu

Reading the manual and the guide, I think I've found a bug. I have no way to display DFA for my team.

After succeeding at a trade, the player should go to DFA until I assign him. In my case, the player disappears and can only be found by searching for his name and right-clicking to assign him.

I've attached a screen save to show you that I do not have the ability to choose to display DFA in my team/transactions/waiver & dfa menu. As you can see in the drop-up box, I cannot scroll and there is no selection in the list that allows me to choose DFA.

Please help. Am I missing something here? The ability to display DFA is not an option in my pulldown box.

Is this an acknowledged bug?
