Action crash bug

Sorry if this has already been brought up:

AppName: ootp2006.exe AppVer: 1.0.0.0 ModName: ootp2006.exe
ModVer: 1.0.0.0 Offset: 000e56e8

Everytime I click Action. Can't sign FAs.

I believe this is fixed for patch1

Yes, but is the patch available? I can't find a patch link anywhere on the site.
