Customizable fatigue setting/fatigue rating

I've always wondered if fatigue settings would ever be customizable, or at least have a possibility for a fatigue rating. From my experience, there is no difference between the fatigues of any positional players, disregarding catchers. Doesn't it make sense for a 1B to be less tired on average than a CF? What about DHs? Should they ever get tired?

Also when will the 'General Manager' mode be renamed to Commandeering Billy Beane mode?

That would be interesting to find out. Are there any recent studies that show how much starters are rested at each position over an MLB average?
