BTTF League Website Problems

No Luck

I am using http://www.bttf.ootp-online.com/index.shtml

as my website. I have no problems when using the OOTP6.5 game for my old league. When I use the new game and follow the same procedures I have done ever since OOTP6.5 came out....................the new league does not load.

My link from the standings page is this: http://www.bttf.ootp-online.com/ootp/

When I click on the link to my league major league mlb

It fails...............dead link...............don't understand why?

Please...........can anyone with this knowledge help me ?

you can't put it all in the ootp folder any more. There are subfolders.

Look at the links on the page you have linked, there's subfolders in there.

That file (and the others like it) have to go in a 'leagues' directory under your ootp directory.

My advice:
Change your ootp directory to reports.

Then zip the entire reports folder up and upload.
Delete the reports directory on your webserver.
Unzip the reports.zip file that you just uploaded on your server and it will explode correctly, giving you reports and all its subdirectories with the correct files in each subdirectory.

After each sim, delete the old 'reports' directory and do the zip/unzip thing described above.

OK. Just so you know, I'm going through issues from the oldest to the newest, following up to confirm whether or not each issue has been resolved. There wasn't anything in the thread that confirmed that he was set, so I thought I'd follow up.

So, you're going to see me responding to a lot of 20-day old issues...

A quick look at his site (linked above) would have shown the reports are working, but I understand......you seem to me to be the only one working around here lately.

still awaiting the new patch so I can use the upload function within the game.

Hope the patch fixes that
