Error generating reports

Creating reports for FTP upload, I keep getting the following message box twice during the process:

TEMPLATES_ENGINE:: open_target_file - could not create target file

Any clues? I press OK, and it continues. I'm still in the process of uploading, so I don't know what files it skipped (if any).

It's weird. It happens every time (same error message twice in the generate process), but it doesn't look like anything is missing from the resulting web pages.
