Depth Chart "Action" crashed game

I was messing about with the 16 team quickstart league.

I was setting my depth chart.

I selected under "Action" - "Ask Manager to set Depth chart for LHP"
the game paused for about 1-2 seconds and then got the dreaded box "OOTP2006.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close...."

I'll reboot and try the same thing again to see if it happens again.

Couldn't replicate this exactly as I crashed and lost 3 months of league info. But I tried the same thing again and it crashed me again.

Im having the same problem not only in the Action button in the Depth Chart, also in other Actions buttons.
