Contract Negotiations Very Good

Id like to say that the contract negotiation process is very good. The player tells you what he wants and you make a counteroffer (if the owner controls the money is on). Sometimes they come cheap..sometimes not. Also, even if a player rejects the offer the old offer remains making it easier to manage.

I'm glad to hear this....the new contracts looked really interesting, and it's good to know that they seem to work well and improve the game.

I'm finding they tend to ask for a bit too much, but that can be adjusted so I don't worry too much. I do like the fact that some players refuse to deal with you and go into the free agent market.

Those who ask for much are probably greedy player who are not that much interested in playing for you anyway... it's a different way of saying that they do not like your team.

I do like the "greed" rating vs. just the old 3-4 options players just used to have.
