Scrolling Ticker Problem...

My scrolling ticker tape at the bottom of the screen stutters...does anyone elses do that? Its very annoying.

Yes! Mine stutters as well. I wasn't sure if it was meant to do that or not. I noticed that it runs smoothly when I keep the mouse in motion though.

Huh, didnt notice that it doesnt stutter when you move the mouse around. Wierd.
