Couple of Historical Questions

When starting a Historical League it seems to put the General Strategic Equivelances in the right historical place. So say I started a league in 1910, it does the right thing. I check both of the historical boxes and the stats are coming out reasonable. Now I simmed through 1950 overnight just to look at a couple of things and noticed these General Strategic Equivelances do not move.

Shouldn't those automatically adjust to the Era along with the Era calculator? Or else you have to go through season by season and start adjusting those.

Also, when starting a fictional league in the past, it seems like the historical buttons do not work. It creates everybody with all 1.000. Maybe it was my first time, but I thought I did everything correct.
