Past Schedules in the Almanac History

Can an effort or consideration be made toward having the schedules of past seasons included in the history pages.

Wow, you & I have the same idea when it comes to almanac features/pages of information. Unfortunately, I do not see many of the things we would like to see in OOTPBB2006 ever being implemented.

Maybe not in the game itself, which I agree would be ideal, but I always have faith, especially with markus making all of the data so readily available, that 3rd party app makers will have a field day with this version.

Keep hope alive!

I just love history, so therefor I want as much data saved as I can get so that I can go back and look at the past of my league. The more the better I think

The one thing I have a probem with regarding 3rd party utilities is the support. Since the upkeep of the utilities for the person/people working on them aren't paying jobs they can up & leave their project at any point which leaves the user in the cold if they were fully dependant on the utility. That is why it is so important to have as many featurs in the game because Markus gets paid for this. I agree with you that htere is hope though. As Markus has told me personlly, he has been working feverishly on the project for 26-28 months now. He will be rewarded for that as I am very sure this will become the best baseball simulation or possibly the best (or most popular) text simulation of all-time. If he isn't wealthy man now, he will be.

Plus 3rd party apps are just very clumsy. I loved CatoBase and everything about is layout and all the data it saved, but I hated CatoBase after about 10 years of seasons because it took hours and hours and hours to update the database and spit it back out in HTML. If all that data can be stored in the game it would be so much easier to get at, imo.
