Catchers relationship w/ pitchers, minor leagues and when players retire.

Hey I got a few questions for you all, and some wishes for the ITPB game. I just wanted to thank Markus and Arlier for making such great games for all of us to enjoy (I have OOTP 4 and Coaching A Dynasty).

1. In ITPB, will catchers have the ability to call games, and if so will pitchers pitch better with certain catchers?

2. Will your rookie start in the minors or majors?

3. When players retire, will they have the ability to become coaches, GM's, or jobs in the front office?

Thanks again, I am looking forward to seeing this game on the market.

1. Really have no clue at this point.

2. Neither, but potentially signing or trying out for a team. So, technically, minors.

3. Players will be able to be imported into OOTP.

Is there a possibility that you can have OOTP and ITP "in parallel", for example having an ITP guy in an OOTP league?

As I have mentioned that is the plan, BUT exactly how that will be carried out I do not know at this point.
