How to use Lahmans's DB?
Never done it and interested in trying it? Can anyone walk me through?

Use Ankit's improved versions of the databse instead. They can be found at
http://www.baseballmaelstrom.com/ankit/ and they have a detailed set of instructions in the readme files that are included with them.
