Random Player Pic Mod/Add on?

I am guessing that this exists... Has anyone seen or is aware of a mod program or add on that randomaly generates player pictures for the players in a given OOTP league? thanks

There is some kind of program that generates soccer player faces you can edit to look like baseball player faces. I had it once but deleted it to save space.
