Importing two leagues into one

Will this be possible? I want to pull off an idea that I've had for quite some time, but I don't know if it will be worth it if I start now and later I'm told that you can't import two leagues into one.

I am fairly certain this is possible. I was looking at the "league startup" Screens and importing different teams from even different era's is a possibility, so I would think bringing in two seperate leagues can happen. Incidently, what is your plan for Your OOTP2006 league?

I had a similar question -- for historical leagues, will it be possible to import from different databases for different leagues? For example, could I use Ankit's DB for MLB, and then another database for the Japanese league?

I don't see why not. It seems to me that you import the files individually into the new startup league. From what I gather as long as you have everything imported to the intial startup league you are golden. Now as far as importing into future seasons seperate databases into individual leagues, I am not sure how this will work.

Thanks for the responce. I guess my last question is that can the two leagues use different schedules. For example, can League A sim from April 10th through April 20th on Thursday, and League B can still remain on April 10th until they sim on Friday?

I don't think that will work. Otherwise it would throw off the synchronization of the universe

I would be very, very surprised, as it would create some weird things for call-ups , free agency and so on.
