Historical League seeks obsesive baseball freak (to fit in with the rest of us)

FORT, http://www.ourfamiglia.com/FORT/, currently has the New York Yankees open...

We're at the 1966 trading dealine currently, with the next sim tommorrow...

The Yankees, while not one of the best run franchises historically, have Don Sutton as their top prospect, and could use a good GM to take them to the playoffs forthe first time in the league's 16+ season history...

I've been in this league since we started it. Jeff is a great commish who understands ootp. He has great rules and is always a good guy to talk to or ask anything about ootp. Ive been playing with Jeff in leagues long before his league so i would know he is a good guy and a great commish. This isnt another league that will fold as jeff will keep it going. Please join if you think your a good gm cause we could use some.

I am the GM of the Reds in FORT, it's my favorite league and you have the chance to get in at an exciting time. Jeff's team is ending a 10 year dominant run and so rebuilding teams would have a chance in a field that is more or less wide open.

We have a VERY solid core in my opinion, but have had some higher turnover on some teams lately that have made some poor trades. A seriou GM could go far with this team if they so choose.

Great group of baseball fanatics!!! I just joined for the 1966 season and have really enjoyed competing against these guys. Everyone there seems to be able to give and take and is very active in running their teams. If you're looking for a historical league that is fast paced and active, come check it out and see if you can build the Yanks into a dynasty!
