New Ranking System Question

I haven't downloaded the patch yet, because I have some bookkeeping in my universe to take care of. Basically, I have had some fights that needed to be deleted, either for having the wrong number of rounds, the wrong fighter "A. Gonzalez fought when it should have been R. Gonzalez" stuff like that...

What I'm wondering is, I know the stats don't change when you delete the fight. But the fighter's history would now only have the correct fights. If I take care of these items before downloading the patch, will the new rankings be working off the corrected data since I deleted the fights, or will the numbers still be skewed a bit?

The conversion (as far as I know) works off the current rankings in your universe. Champ gets x # of points, #1 ranked gets x# of points and so on down the list. Unranked fighters get 200 which would (in my uni at least) put them in the 20's ranked. So the history has little or nothing to do with the conversion.

Correct, the history, the record and the stats of a fighter have nothing to do with his rank after the conversion. Only his performance points will be used to calculate his new ranking.
