The Steelers vs Seapigeons

Alright getting close to game day time to let everyone know why the Steelers are going to win.

The first and biggest advantage the Steelers have coming into this game is when you look at the Steelers offense vs the pigeons defense. There D is small and overrated. They remind me of a Colts defense but without the stars. I know they led the league in sacks but this came against the easiest schedule in the NFL. Ive been hearing that they like to get pressure with the front 4 and not blitz that much. This will not work vs. the Steelers. I would not be surprised to see the Steelers revert back to the old smashmouth game first then open up with the pass. Also the way Big Ben has been playing really gives the Steelers a balanced attack and hard for any D to stack up against a certain aspect of the offense. I think the Seattle D is a product of not playing anyone good not being good themselves. Even in the playoffs Wahsington well if you see their offense then you know not hard to stop and Carolina is a one threat team in the passing game and I think was pulling fans from the stands to play RB.

I will give respect to the Seattle offense even though I also think their numbers have been inflated by the easy schedule I do think they got some real talent on that side of the ball. Just dont think it is enough talent to give the Steeler D trouble. I think I. Taylor can shut down D. Jackson. Taylor has been on a tear the last couple games of the season and is only been getting better in the playoffs. J. Jurevicious does not have the speed to get open and Engram is no real threat either. The most scary guy to me is J. Stevens. If the Steelers do blitz(which is a given) Stevens can get locked up man on man with a linebacker or saftey and that could give Seattle an advantage. Just not enough to make a difference. I know I have not even got to the MVP who im starting to really not like after every interview I watch that he is in. The Steeler D is not going to be letting this guy run free. They are great at stopping the run and Alexander just better practice his blitz pickup for the game for that is where he can make his biggest contribution. They have a great O-line but lack of experience vs. the 3-4 will be hard for them to adjust. The Steelers always have success against teams who are not used to seeing the 3-4 and expect C. Hampton to have a huge game. This guy is the best DT in football and eats centers for lunch.

Ok this is enough for now and to give you guys what you been waiting for the prediction.

Yeah, I think Steelers are better than the Sea Pigeons, but probably not as good as Seahawks.

I also find the belittling names for your opponent's team to be stupid.

Seattle runs a lot of 3 wide sets. There goes the 3-4 defense.

So did Indy. But that is where the blitz pickup will become key for the Seapigeons. If they pickup the blitz their chance of winning will improve greatly.

I really don't care as long as the score is close, the chili is plentiful, and no-one steals my beer.

And watching the Super Bowl in HD on a 110" screen....pure heaven

Actually what's the chances of it being a close game? Watching a SF/Denver blowout would suck ass.
