federal league

so i re-created the federal league in my spare time. It was a league trying to compete with major league baseball in 1914 and 1915 but went out of business because it couldn't compete. Anyways, I created it in 1914 and I'm now in 1941, but I was wondering what year guys from foreign countries will start appearing in the draft? Anyone know?

how bout that, in 1942 I drafted a guy from Venezuala. I guess the answer to my question is early 40s.

Try sometime between 1941 and 1943, but not including those years specifically. Hope this helps!
