Collage Bowl Games MLB Stuff and Orlando Sports teams

I like 1 verse 2 but I would like to see 3 verse 4, 5 verse 6 and so on!
MLB Payoffs need to be 8 teams from both leagues,Geographical Realignment needs to happen meaning all the California teams in One division called the California Division and the New York teams in the same Division also goes for the Chicago teams and Inter League play should be all year round and you will still get to play teams in your league also!
Orlando needs an NHL/NFL/MLB/MLS and an WNBA team back!

You could have had about five posts out of that. My only other comment on your post is that Orlando definitely does not need an NHL, WNBA or MLS team.

Not sure they need an NFL or MLB team either. But definitely not an NHL or MLS team. I can think of a lot of cities that deserve a NHL team first, and I'd be all for lowering the amount of teams from 30. As for the MLS, they can't handle expansion into places that aren't going to support the team. It's still a fragile league and the last few years they've been really careful as to where they expand.

KC had a NHL team, they were called the Scouts. Didn't last more than a couple seasons.

On the fact that Miami and TB had MLS teams, could you also re-iterate why they lost them? The fact that they couldn't generate enough attendance to keep afloat. MLS is a league that needs to really expand really slowly. Be slow and selective where and when they do expand. They need to develop a strong product in the cities they have now before expanding further.

Ive grown up in South Florida, and now live in Orlando half the year, Im hoping you dont represent either of those places.

to actually talk about the topic...Tampa deserves an NBA team? Orlando is what 90 minutes away with the Magic? Unless they get the Magic, no.

-MLS/Miami Sports-
I had season tickets to the Fusion in Miami and gave them up after 2 seasons because the games were on TV, and well Im not from the richest of families. They had horrible attendance problems and their marketing techniques were, pretty much, ******ed. I love South Florida and want as many sports teams as possible down here, but this is a football town and will only support another sport if that team is winning or can build tradition quickly.

-MLB-
I like the 8 team "payoffs" idea, but for now Im content with the wild card...that took enough time for the purists to let us have.
I wouldn't mind the Devil Rays coming over to Orlando; but considering the Citrus Bowl is a horrible stadium and the political officials are pumping money in it for 2 bowl games each year I dont see them building a baseball stadium for a team that has one already. If the Marlins wind up leaving South Florida however I will be lobbying for them in Orlando.

-NFL-
I would be shocked if the Citrus Bowl ever hosted an NFL game, partially for what I said in the previous paragraph.

-WNBA-
Im just gonna have to censor myself on this one.

Florida deserves the Miami Dolphins, the Miami Heat, and the Tampa Bay Bucs.

Other than that, Florida is a terrible sports state and doesn't deserve a team.

And Orlando is the worst sports city in the entire state (of the "big" cities).

Orlando doesn't deserve any sports team at all.

I'd say Jacksonville being the largest city in the state makes it worthy of at least one pro team.

Exclamation Baseball will fail in Florida!

In the next 10-20 years MLB will no longer have any teams in Florida, maybe even sooner.

Florida is first a Football state, college first and pro second. The NBA is third though marginally at that.

I lived in Florida for 5 years when I was a teenager. I am still puzzled as to why there is even one team in Florida no less two!?

I think that it is time for contraction in MLB and the two Florida Teams are prime "cut" for the deletion!

He's been bitching about Orlando before.

I argued with him about it extensively in an earlier thread; I forget which one... He has no understanding of how anything works.

Ummmm, you do know Cracker Jack Stadium holds a capacity of 9,500? Right? While not a bad stadium, looking at the pictures at least, it's not a very expandable park and would take quite a cash infusion for such an expansion to take place. One from the sounds of it, Orlando would be unwilling to make.

a) learn how to use the quote button
b) I think youve discredited yourself entirely, and by no means do I think you have the normal mental capacity of any other human being over the age of 13 (and I wouldnt be surprised if you werent over 13)
c) its probably for christ's sake
d) I would rant on the Cracker Jack comment, but someone beat me to it

I also assume Disney owns it, and in Lake Buena Vista or Kissimee, both of which I doubt will have the money to purchase the stadium and then fix it up.

All they have to do is move the fences back some then a MLB team can play at Cracker Jack Stadium!
Orlando has the Transportation in place meaning a International Airport for the Home and Visting team to fly in and out of,highways 4,Beeline and others in place, Roads in place like 436,50 and others, places to sleep, eat and shop! Would need some kind of Sports team in place if the Magic leave!
