Interested in starting a "Have a Life" League

A lot of Online Leagues have an intense simming schedule.

That's fine for people who live and breath OOTP, but for some of us who don't have time to spend every waking moment on OOTP, it's hard to keep up with.

So I've been thinking of starting a "Have A Life" League, which would have a much more relaxed simming schedule.

My initial idea is to sime one game month every two weeks. For example, if we sim on Sunday night, we'll sim April, then two weeks will go by, and then we'll sim May.

The problem though, is that I don't have the knowledge or the resources to start an online league (website, etc.), so I'm looking for someone to take over this end.

So is anyone interested in this kind of league?

Have you checked out f.montoya's thread in the Online League section about the service he offers via allsimbaseball.com?

It's designed for precisely the type of situation you're in concerning online league commishing and with the level of service, support, and product you get, $7 a month is a real deal.

I used it myself for WGP/GBA and he's been terrific with everything.

That is very intriguing, and it sounds like a real option.

But I still need to guage interest in this idea before I try to start it.

So would anybody be interested in this time of league?
