2nd license on computer without web access?

I'm trying to install 6.5 onto my laptop, which doesn't have internet access from my apartment. All the files were successfully transferred (I think), but I can't install the e-license to access the game without internet access on that specific computer, at least as far as I know. Does anyone know a different way to do it, or do I need to search out a hotspot just to get my elicense installed?

Contact http://www.elicense.com for how to do this.

I've looked there. Unfortunately, all the information they have is either a) too vague (since their software is used on so many different applications) or b) not applicable to my situation.

EDIT: The part I'm finding frustrating is that the "Get License Offline" function requires me to go to a website and paste information in. Which is difficult to do when I'm offline.

I've never even tried to license offline(never had the need to), but I know that many have. If you are having problems the elicense folks are the one's to contact not us.

The people who have done it before are the people I'm interested in hearing from, Steve. I'm not necessarily looking for an official OOTPDev ruling on the issue. I've often found that end-users who have gone through a process are more informative about it than parent companies are.
