UBL looking for owners

The United Baseball League, a fictional league that uses many of Major League Baseball's roster management rules is looking for owners.

Thus far the Austin, Des Moines, Erie, Knoxville and Sacramento teams are spoken for. We are going to go with a 16 team league insead of the original idea of a 24 team league as is on the website, of the unowned teams we will delete 8 of them and their players will also be deleted, the remaining 8 teams will be computer run until owners step forward and take them over. The commish will not select his team until at least 7 of teams are spoken for by other owners. The league will kick off when 8 teams have owners.
